This second-floor, 4-bedroom, 4-bath condominium is just steps from the building’s pool and hot tubs. Relax after a day on the slopes, or use the convenient location as a base for exploring Steamboat Springs. The open floor plan includes two distinct sleeping areas, making the condo a comfortable choice for couples, extended families, or two families traveling together. Sleeping Arrangements for Up to 10 Guests The condo includes two king bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double vanities. One bathroom features a jetted tub and separate shower, while the other has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, two XL loft bunk beds, and a trundle. A full bathroom is located across the hall. The fourth room is a flexible space that can be used as a TV room, playroom, study, or additional bedroom. It includes a queen-size memory-foam Palliser sofa bed, with a bathroom and shower located across the hall. A Pack ’n Play is available for an infant. All bedrooms and living areas include cable TV. Comfortable Living and Dining The open, well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals together easy. It includes a breakfast bar, gas stovetop, and an extensive selection of cookware, utensils, and kitchen supplies. Gather in the living area around the gas fireplace, or step onto the private deck for outdoor dining and electric grilling. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, along with a printer/scanner for guest use. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. The condo also provides hairdryers, shampoo and conditioner, bath soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen soap, and some laundry detergent. Ski and Bike Storage Two private ski lockers are conveniently located near the elevator on the same floor. Guests also have access to two dedicated bike racks with the assigned garage parking space. Additional guest bike racks are available in the garage. Parking Information With a valid parking pass, guests receive one assigned garage parking space. Limited overflow parking is available on the front circle drive and below the tennis courts. Seasonal street parking may also be available but cannot be guaranteed. RVs and trailers cannot be accommodated. Explore Steamboat Springs Steamboat Springs combines the charm of a small Western town with boutiques, art galleries, specialty shops, and excellent restaurants. Dining and shopping options are available both on the mountain and in town. During ski season, a rotating shuttle provides transportation to and from the ski base. By request, it may also provide transportation to local shopping and restaurants. Summer offers even more ways to enjoy the area, including biking, hiking, swimming, hot springs, floating the Yampa River, rafting, and fishing. Additional local activities and events are published daily in The Pilot newspaper.
