Rishi Nigam
Chief Executive Officer

Rishi has led a diverse career in hospitality with roles at companies ranging from early-stage startups to public Fortune 500 companies. He’s built a deep reservoir of skills in management and leadership, finance and strategy, product development and operations, customer service, and human resources. He’s served as Chief Executive Officer of Urbain Hospitality Group, Senior Vice President of Global Corporate and Strategic Development of Wyndham Destinations, and held board and advisory roles with HouseStay, Love Home Swap, LeisureLink, and Veeve.

Bob Milne
President & Chief Operating Officer

Bob brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience to the team, most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Operations Officer at Vacasa. Bob founded The Resort Company, a vacation rental firm with premium properties across several Colorado ski resort towns, and later sold it to Wyndham Worldwide, where he went on to lead the company as North American President and Chief Executive Officer. He also spent three terms on the board of the Vacation Rental Management Association.
