Ski-in/ski-out from this fantastic top-floor condo in Storm Meadows Club A! You’ll be delighted by the “ski lodge look” with old-time skis and poles, classic ski posters, and photos throughout. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and private bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom/den has two twin beds that can convert to a king, and its own bathroom with a large, handicap-friendly walk-in shower and grab bars. This bedroom has a sliding door for privacy at night, and can be opened during the day to expand the roominess of the living area. Amenities include vaulted ceilings, quality furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa, good wi-fi, gas fireplace, balcony, elevator, secure access to enter the building, and free parking. Two HDTVs come with robust Xfinity cable packages including HBO and support guest-provided streaming services like Prime, Netflix, etc. The full kitchen includes major and small appliances, many newer. It is well stocked with quality kitchenware and table settings. There are two breakfast bar stools, and the dining table seats six on upholstered chairs. Seating in the living area contains a newer sleeper sofa and a Lazy Boy-style rocking chair. The bottom floor of Club A has ski lockers and washers/dryers. You’ll have free access to a well-maintained spa facility with heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, weight room, strength training and cardio machines, lockers, and a tennis/pickleball court – right across the parking lot, clearly visible from your balcony. During ski season, you can take a free shuttle bus between the condo parking lot and the ski area base every 20-30 minutes, or you can ski in/out from the building. Because the shuttle operates only during the day, it doesn’t offer evening or off-mountain service. Please consider renting a car for convenience and flexibility, or call an Uber, Lyft or taxi. A large assortment of restaurants, cafes, and après-ski meeting places are at the ski area base and downtown Steamboat. You’ve got the best ingredients for your perfect Steamboat vacation right here! The condo’s been owned and well-maintained for 25 years by a family whose grandkids have grown up here with fond memories. Mi casa, su casa! Please note that while this property is ski-in/ski-out, it is connected to the ski area via trails which may be narrow, steep, curvy, icy, or flat in places. These access trails rely on natural snowfall (no snowmaking). Novices, cautious skiers, and others may prefer taking the free shuttle instead. Guests should check current snow conditions on the access trails, and use them at their own discretion.
