What's nearby: This home sits within sight of the slopes, two miles east of fantastic skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing at Sunday River Resort. Come summertime, you'll be five miles east of the Sunday River Country Club and seven miles north of the golf course at the Bethel Inn Resort. The historic Sunday River Bridge - also known as Artist's Bridge - is just two miles away down Sunday River Road. Things to know: There is both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Central heating and a/c are controlled with thermostats. Weather permitting, the pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. No fireworks at any time Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8 am. The home is equipped with noise/decibel level monitors.
