Your private, tree-lined deck offers mountain views and a gas grill, ideal for evening cookouts. Spend evenings snuggled up in front of the gas fireplace while you stream the latest release, start a puzzle, play a card game, or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. Two comfortable bedrooms await when you get sleepy, one with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee station for added convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The deck is currently under construction and is off limits to guests and occupants. Additionally, due to the Stage 2 fire restrictions currently in effect in Vail, access and activities on the deck are restricted for safety and compliance reasons. Streaming services are available with guest accounts. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. This guest suite is part of a larger unit and has a secure, lockable interior bedroom door separating them.
