Located within the Woodbridge Condominium complex in Snowmass, Colorado, this condo offers prime access to the adjacent and newly renovated heated pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room, ping pong table, and laundry facilities! Enjoy the alpine air on the balcony while sipping your favorite beverage or cooking on the propane gas grill. Perks include dual suites, each with a king-sized bed, a gas fireplace, a flat screen Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi. The pristine kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a commercial waffle maker and ample counter space. When it's time to dine, there is seating at the kitchen bar and dining table. The two bedrooms with king beds have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The Woodbridge Condominiums have a complimentary Village Shuttle (ROUTE #1) that picks up close to the unit, just at the top of the stairs (which are located next to the pool/hot tub), runs on a schedule during ski season, and is on demand in the off season. You may use the Snowmass Village Shuttle App to request a ride in the off season. The scheduled shuttle will take you to the Snowmass Center and then on to Snowmass Base Village and Snowmass Mall. The complex is walking distance to Snowmass Center, which has Clark’s Market (grocery store), Sundance Liquor, Snowmass’ post office, Taster’s Pizza, and Daly Diner. Take the convenient network of trails from your condo to prominent areas in town, including the base of Snowmass Ski Resort. You may also ride your bike on the all of the way to Aspen. Convenient bus stops along Brush Creek Road allow access to buses going to Aspen. Woodbridge Condominiums are across the wood bridge from the base of the Assay Hill lift.
