Find the easy comfort of home at this studio-style Wells condo, where you'll have a private screened balcony, shared access to a seasonal indoor pool and pool table, and a wonderful downtown location near beaches, shops, and restaurants! This condo sits on the second floor of Wellington Manor, a charming complex half a mile north of the center of Wells. Take quiet morning walks through the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge (two miles northeast), bring along your boogie boards for summer days at Drake's Island Beach (two miles east), and find countless hidden treasures in Wells' famous antique shops on Route 1. Rise and shine to prepare breakfast and beach snacks in the air-conditioned kitchen, kick back in a seat on the screened balcony, and pull up the newspaper on the free WiFi. When you're not surfing and swimming at the beach, you can take a dip in the shared indoor pool (open only from Memorial Day to the day after Columbus Day), play a few games of pool in the clubhouse, and gather to watch movies on the flatscreen cable TV, VCR, and DVD player. You'll always remember this summer vacation in Southern Maine! Things to Know The community pool is closed from January through March and reopens in April. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM from April through August, and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM from September through December. Please note: pool availability and hours are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA and are not controlled by the management company.
