During the summer, guests of this condo will be close to extensive hiking and mountain bike trail systems in the Sun Valley area and premier fly fishing. That's in addition to the updated shared pool, hot tub, tennis amenities, and pickleball court - all available for guest use. This complex's park-like setting is sure to set the tone for good times. Valley Gem Upper may be rented with Valley Gem Lower as Valley Gem (Entire Home) to accommodate up to seven (7) people (MAX). THINGS TO KNOW Bus to slope. There are stair leading to condo. Main entrance is on 2nd floor level. Parking for one car or small truck only in the designated garage . GARAGE HAS 82" height and 96" wide clearance has for a vehicle 19' or less..vehicles/small trucks with storage boxes on top of vehicle WILL NOT FIT IN GARAGE. NO ALTERNATIVE PARKING PASS IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONDO. You are not allowed to park trailers or RVs, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Other Things to Know Your stay includes access to Elkhorn Amenities-pools, hot tubs, saunas, and tennis and pickleball courts. To receive your complimentary amenity passes, you'll need to provide the names of all guests in your party, including infants. Passes can be picked up at the Elkhorn Association Center at 1 Harker Lane, Sun Valley. The pool pass holder can bring up to 5 guests to the pools and hot tubs, and up to 3 guests to the courts.
