Keystone is the largest ski area in Summit County and the largest night skiing operation in Colorado, an hour west of Denver across three interconnected mountains and five high-alpine bowls.

Its visitors enjoy 3,149 acres of terrain paired with two walkable base villages, premier accommodations, and a family program that runs well past the last chair. Keystone spreads across Dercum Mountain, North Peak, and the Outback, climbing from a 9,280-foot base to a 12,408-foot summit with 3,128 feet of vertical. Beginners start on Dercum, intermediates have long cruisers on all three peaks, and experienced skiers head to the bowls: Independence, Bergman, Erickson, North, and South, where more than 1,000 acres of hike-to terrain sit above the trees. Night skiing runs from the River Run base on 243 lit acres, including most of the Area 51 terrain park. Off the mountain, River Run Village and Mountain House sit ten minutes apart by free shuttle, with Kidtopia programming, tubing, ice skating, and the world’s largest mountaintop snow fort.
