THINGS TO KNOW PLEASE NOTE: This is a residential neighborhood and not a party house The Maximum Occupancy is 8. Only the number of guests indicated at booking will be permitted to stay in the home. There is an unoccupied and securely locked lower level that it is NEVER occupied when a rental is in place. Absolutely NO SMOKING. Smoking will result in a $1000 fee. Since April 2023, there are no additional renters downstairs. The pool opens Memorial Day weekend at the earliest and closes mid-September at the latest, depending on the weather.
