## About this home

Welcome to your home base in the heart of Mountain Village! This completely renovated 1-bedroom + loft, 1.5-bath ski-in/ski-out condo puts you just steps from the Gondola, making it easy to head straight into downtown Telluride for dining, shopping, and adventure.

Inside, you’ll find a warm, welcoming mountain-modern retreat with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cozy finishes throughout. The main level features an open kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space with a Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. A convenient powder room completes the main floor.Upstairs, unwind in the queen bedroom, or head to the lofted chill zone, where two queen beds and a TV give everyone their own comfortable space to kick back. A full bathroom rounds out the upper level.

Step through the living room doors onto your private deck overlooking the Misty Maiden ski run. Fire up the grill, pour yourself a drink, and settle in for an après-ski experience with a truly “Cheers”-worthy view. Whether you’re watching skiers carve down the mountain or soaking up the crisp Colorado air, this is the kind of deck you’ll want to linger on.

Convenience is key here, too. Ski lockers are located right outside the unit, so there’s no hauling gear through the building, and you’ll have a dedicated parking space in the Dakota Building. With unbeatable ski-in/ski-out access, the Gondola just steps away, and all the comforts of a beautifully renovated mountain retreat, this condo is the perfect place to ski, relax, and experience the best of Telluride and Mountain Village.
