The Lodge at Steamboat’s six buildings sit a short walk from the base of the resort, with spacious residences, free parking, and a shuttle that runs everywhere in town

Its guests enjoy full-size condos paired with resort amenities, an on-site front desk, and a location close enough to walk to the gondola. Residences run from two to three bedrooms, each with a full kitchen, a gas fireplace, a private balcony, and ski lockers at the door. The property features a year-round heated pool, several outdoor hot tubs plus one indoors at the clubhouse, and free parking. A complimentary shuttle runs through ski season to Gondola Square and anywhere else inside city limits, and the free city bus stops here too. Christy Sports is next door for rentals, with a market, a coffee shop, and a brewery taproom all within a couple of minutes on foot.

A short walk from the base of Steamboat Resort, roughly 200 yards from the gondola, about five minutes on foot. Christy Sports is next door, and the market, coffee shop, and brewery taproom are nearby.

### How close is the gondola?

About 200 yards, which is a five minute walk. The free ski-season shuttle runs to Gondola Square for anyone who’d rather not carry gear.

### What amenities does the Lodge at Steamboat have?

A heated pool open year round, four outdoor hot tubs and one indoor hot tub, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Every home has private outdoor storage for skis and gear. The clubhouse at the entrance has the front desk, a fireplace, and a business center.

### Is parking free?

Yes. Guests generally park and leave their cars, since the shuttle and city bus cover the mountain and downtown.

### How does the shuttle work?

A complimentary shuttle runs during ski season from the property to Gondola Square, and it will also take you downtown, to the grocery store, or anywhere within Steamboat city limits. Downtown is about ten minutes. The free city bus also stops at the property.

### How far is downtown Steamboat?

About two miles, roughly ten minutes by shuttle or on the free city bus. Downtown holds the historic Lincoln Avenue main street with independent restaurants, shops, and bars.

### Where do I rent skis?

Christy Sports is next door, so renting or swapping equipment is very convenient. Each home also has its own outdoor storage for skis and gear.
