Three blocks off Main Street, up Four O’Clock Road, between Peak 8 and Peak 9 and adjacent to the Snowflake Lift. ### Are the homes ski-in/ski-out? Yes. The Snowflake Lift sits on the property, and the Four O’Clock run brings you back down to the building at the end of the day. Ski lockers are roughly 50 feet from the lift, so you don’t have to carry gear from your unit. ### What is the Snowflake Lift? A lift on the Peak 8 side of Breckenridge that connects into the wider mountain from this base. It’s a quieter access point than the main Peak 8 or Peak 9 base areas, which is part of what makes BlueSky’s location perfect for families. ### How far is Main Street? About three blocks, a short walk up Four O’Clock Road. Many guests walk into town for dinner and call the complimentary shuttle for the ride back, which saves the uphill return. ### What amenities are on site? A year-round heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, an après bar, a lobby with a fireplace and seating, a concierge desk, meeting space, and assigned covered underground parking. The Spa at Breckenridge operates on the property, and Charter Sports handles ski and snowboard rentals on the ground floor. ### How big are the units? From one to four bedrooms, roughly 1,000 to 2,400 square feet. Each includes a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living and dining area, a gas fireplace, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony. ### Is there parking? Yes. Most guests park once and leave their car for the stay. ### Do I need a car in Breckenridge? No. The property has ski access on site, Main Street is walkable, and the on-call shuttle covers the rest of town. Breckenridge also runs a free town bus system, and the Summit Stage connects to Frisco, Silverthorne, Keystone, and Copper at no charge. ### How do I get to BlueSky Breckenridge from the airport? Denver International Airport (DEN) is the closest commercial airport, about 80 miles east, roughly 90 minutes to two hours depending on conditions. Shuttle services run from DEN throughout the ski season. --- For photos, current rates and availability, see the page: https://www.firstchair.com/destinations/colorado/breckenridge/bluesky-breckenridge
