What does it cost to join this association?
If you are member of an Association affiliated with CL, you can be a member independently for $35. Students independently $75
What events does this association host or offer?
CL co-hosts the Chicago Midwest Beauty Show as a part of Cosmetologists Chicago and hosts the American Latino Beauty Congress as well as hosting several Continuing Education (CE) classes per year.
Do I have to be a member of this association to attend its events?
No, but paid admission can be expensive. For example, a three-day pass to CMBS 2006 was $136. With a year’s membership, you get free admission to the show as well as all the other benefits for less than the cost of a three-day pass.
Does this association provide any special programs or benefits for students or new cosmetology or skin care professionals?
We work closely with beauty schools and academies in our area to include students and new professionals in many of our educational events and programs.

Cosmetólogos Latinos (CL) is the only association that offers you all of the support, information and education that you need to advance in your career. We also communicate primarily in Spanish – the easiest way to absorb all of that knowledge. After all – the more you learn, the more you will gain.
